I
got a message "Can't open the filter driver", what's wrong
with it?
First
of all you must make sure that you have installed BeeThink SpyDetector
correctly. If you have installed this product before, you must
uninstall the older version of BeeThink SpyDetector first, then
restart your computer and install the new version of BeeThink
SpyDetector. If you run BeeThink SpyDetector under Windows Vista, you
must login Windows as a real administrator and run from there.
I wait for a long time when I uninstall BeeThink SpyDetector, but there is no response?
BeeThink SpyDetector can not be successfully uninstalled on windows operating system sometimes. In this case, you have to kill the uninstalling program manually by
Windows task manager, and then try uninstalling program again. Beethink SpyDetector will be successfully removed on the second try.
When
I connect to the Internet in my normal method, I can not connect to

I
